A Family Who Fell in Love and Never Wanted to Leave.
Our family fell in love with Siesta Key in 2020. The powder-white sand, the warm turquoise water, the sunsets that stop conversations mid-sentence, and the music drifting out of the Village every night. We kept coming back, and before long we knew we wanted to share it.
So we began building a collection of homes with one simple goal: to give everyone who visits a real sense of escape. An experience as indulgent as a stay at a five-star hotel anywhere in the world, with the privacy of your own heated pool, room for everyone you love, and a team that takes care of every detail.
And we stay in these homes ourselves throughout the year. That is why every one is designed for pure comfort, with the highest-quality beds, linens and amenities we could find. We furnish them the way we would want to be welcomed, and we cannot wait to share that love of luxury and comfort with you.

The first islanders
Long before the first beach cottage, Native fishing communities lived along these bays for thousands of years, gathering shellfish and fish from the estuaries. Shell middens on the island's bayfront are part of Sarasota County's recorded archaeological sites, a quiet reminder of the people who loved this shore first.

Protected shores
Every year from May through October, loggerhead and green sea turtles come ashore to nest on Siesta Key, with hundreds of nests counted in a season and watched over by Mote Marine Laboratory. At the island's south end, preserved mangroves and quiet waters shelter herons, manatees and dolphins.

Nature's own spa
The sand is about 99% pure quartz, carried down from the Appalachian Mountains over thousands of years. It reflects the sun instead of soaking it up, so it stays cool underfoot, and its fine powder gently polishes skin with every step. Add warm salt water and sea air, and a single afternoon here can feel like a week of rest.
