Absolutely no RV or trailer parking on Driveway. 3) Pool depth ranges from 3 feet to 4.5 feet. Children will need to be supervised. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. 5) Monthly or Longer stays require discounted house cleaning every 2 weeks paid by guest. 6) Pets welcome with owner approval. $25 per day per pet. Monthly discounts available. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Please keep pets off the furniture and crate your furry friends if you are planning on leaving them unattended. 7) No refunds will be given due to acts of nature unless there is a mandatory evacuation or prolonged outage of essential utilities. 8) We have partnered with a Travel Insurance marketplace to offer you the opportunity for a little peace of mind through travel insurance that can potentially provide a full refund should life throw you some unexpected circumstances. Our stay was great. Christopher and Shawn were unbelievable hosts, very responsive and the house was exactly what we needed. There’s even a lot more amenities within the house than the pictures do it justice. so definitely reach out to them if you’re looking for something specific as odds are they can accommodate or at the least be a great resource to get it. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Siesta Key!

This house was absolutely perfect. From its amazing location, within walking distance of both the village and the beach, to the incredible backyard where we spent most of our trip grilling, relaxing, and swimming with our kids, it had everything we needed. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly very new. It comfortably accommodated our two families, including four young children, with plenty of space for everyone. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and always responded within minutes whenever we had a question. We can’t wait to return to Siesta Key and stay here again!

Yes. Village House has a private heated pool and a hot tub, for your group only. The pool is heated, so it is comfortable all year.

How far is Village House from the beach?

Village House is in Siesta Key Village, so the shops, restaurants, live music and the beach are an easy walk or a short bike ride away.

Should I fly into Sarasota (SRQ) or Tampa (TPA) for Village House?

Both work well. Sarasota-Bradenton International (SRQ) is the closest, about 20 to 25 minutes by car, so you can be on the sand the same afternoon you land. Tampa International (TPA) is about 70 miles north, roughly an hour and 20 to 30 minutes by car, traffic permitting, and often has more nonstop flights and airlines, so it is worth comparing fares for your dates. From Tampa, the scenic route crosses the Sunshine Skyway Bridge (a small toll), then follows I-75 south.

Is Village House on the water?

Yes. It sits on a quiet canal, and kayaks and a paddleboard are ready for morning paddles. It is a canal, not the open Gulf, so the water is calm.

Is Village House a single-story home?
