Other things to note: 1) Please respect sound ordinance rules. We ask guests to please be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. 2) We allow up to 4 cars parked on the driveway. You are not allowed to park on the street or you will get a ticket. Absolutely no RV or trailer parking on Driveway. 3) Pool depth ranges from 3 feet to 4 feet. Children will need to be supervised. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. 4) This house has stairs. 5) No refunds will be given due to acts of nature unless there is a mandatory evacuation or prolonged outage of essential utilities. 6) We have partnered with a Travel Insurance marketplace to offer you the opportunity for a little peace of mind through travel insurance that can potentially provide a full refund should life throw you some unexpected circumstances. Please inquire if you would like more information on travel insurance to insure your trip from unforeseeable events.
Monthly or longer stay's require discounted house cleaning every 2 weeks paid by guest. Pets welcome. Pets need pre-approval. $25 per day per pet. Monthly discounts available. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Please keep pets off the furniture and crate your furry friends if you are planning on leaving them unattended.
Property was as described. My family had more than enough room . The house offers great sleeping options and also has lots of items for the beach that you do t have to worry about packing yourself. The pool and hot tub were good as well to have when not at the beach.

The house was beautiful and equipped with everything we would need and more. Plenty of linens and towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect house to accommodate family and friends. Everyone had their own space and the outdoor pool and hot tub with the TV was perfect. We stayed a week … ate in all but one meal, fully stocked kitchen. The bathrooms are big & spacious. Nice bedrooms, slept very well, absolutely loved the pillows!! Close to siesta key. Very nice home! Loved the dryer rack upstairs to hang swimwear to dry etc. swimming pool was nice, kids really enjoyed it! Hot tub was a hit as well!
We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the beach! We used the grill for dinner and enjoyed watching tv on the patio! Beds were comfortable! We would love to return!

Lovely accommodations throughout. Well stocked kitchen, too. The pool has a rock bed area where the loungers are. Might be nice to have pavers, tile or concrete underfoot. We loved this property.

This home is an ideal place for a family vacation. We stayed for 12 nights with our kids and grandkids. We had plenty of room and having the pool and hottub on site made the stay extra special. I also need to complement the beds and pillows. They were the most comfortable of any Airbnb I've stayed at. Very high quality (as were the towels). We also appreciated being able to rent the golf cart, which made it easy to get into town and the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Both work well. Sarasota-Bradenton International (SRQ) is the closest, about 20 to 25 minutes by car, so you can be on the sand the same afternoon you land. Tampa International (TPA) is about 70 miles north, roughly an hour and 20 to 30 minutes by car, traffic permitting, and often has more nonstop flights and airlines, so it is worth comparing fares for your dates. From Tampa, the scenic route crosses the Sunshine Skyway Bridge (a small toll), then follows I-75 south.
