This was a very lovely Airbnb to stay and relax in. The neighborhood was peaceful, with an amazing location to easily get anywhere we needed. The biggest perk was the outdoor set up, and we especially appreciated the outdoor TV. They provided everything we could’ve needed for our stay, and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place.

100/10 This place is so clean, and we'll organize. Not to mention that the location is great as well. The host has everything you need for a day at the beach. The beds are comfortable. My wife loved the pillows. The pool is perfect to cool off in after a day of exploring. If we are ever back in the area we would stay here again.

Perfect location for us, great pool, spotless home, very generous on soaps toilette paper and garbage bags, towels.........highly recommend!

If you're on the fence deciding between a couple of houses for your vacation, this is hands-down the one to choose. We were there for 7 days and everything went smoother than smooth. It was clear how much time and effort was put into making our stay perfect (it was my husband and I and our children - ages 10, 11, 12). I have very high standards for cleanliness - Shawn's house was immaculate EVERYWHERE. The house was stocked with all the things you'd need, and then some. Plenty of pool towels, beach towels, bathroom towels, pool floaties, and beach essentials! Other things worth noting: -Shawn went above and beyond with response time to my random questions. I always had an answer within a few minutes. -The washer and dryer appeared to be brand new and worked fabulously! -The pool temp was always perfect. Even on the 96° days, it was a comfortable refreshing temp. -The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The backyard is set up with plenty of privacy. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! 😎

Shawn’s home was comfy and had everything we needed ❤️. I had a family emergency and he was very understanding and helpful! Definitely will be my go to spot if I return to the area.

This is one of the nicest Air BnBs we have stayed in. The kitchen was very well appointed, the bed was super comfortable and the towels were soft and comfortable. The pool is great as is the spa. We sat out on the lanai one evening and watched the sun set. It was so tranquil.

Shawn was wonderful to work with, the house was amazing. He responded almost immediately, went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Traveling with a large family isn’t easy but he made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Shawn’s place is our absolute favorite in FL! We stayed for the 2nd time and it was just as great as the first!

Had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming right away. The host was responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient and made getting around simple. Overall, a really solid experience, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Our family had an incredible stay at Shawn’s place. It is a great combination of location (<5 mins to shops, 10 min drive to beach) and privacy (backyard view is a preserve). The house was spotless upon our check-in and everything was as described in the listing. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone seeking a resort-like feel, packaged in a single-family house.

Enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul in Sarasota. Liked location in quiet neighborhood & no homes behind house made feel of privacy while watching sunset in evening was a nice perk! Screened in pool/hot tub/living area was nice! Easy drive to beaches & other activities made this open set up a nice home base. Shawn the mgr was helpful & responsive. We would & probably will rent again :-){

We spent a month at Casa Azul and absolutely loved it. The house feels brand new. Pool and Hot tub were very nice and clean. Kitchen is nicely stocked with quality cookware. They also have everything you need for beaches, which are only a couple miles away. When we checked in we realized one of the bikes had a flat tire, I sent Shawn a message and it was fixed the next morning. Shawn is a great host and I highly recommend the house.

Maybe the nicest Airbnb we've ever rented. Beautiful home, clean, private backyard yard and pool. Super clean. They thought of many little details that makes the stay so great. Fully stocked kitchen and all you need for the beach!

My family and I stayed at Shawn’s and we were blown away by his place! It was absolutely beautiful! The beds were amazing, we had the best sleep! The place was spotless and organized! Shawn goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect! The pool and hot tub were amazing! He also provides beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and cooler for any beach excursions. The location is also perfect! Close to beautiful beaches and great food! Do not hesitate to book with Shawn, you will not be disappointed and you will not want to leave!

Loved casa azul! Has everything you might need for a comfortable at home stay or a day at the beach. Literally they thought of everything. From beach towels to the wagon, an umbrella, beach toys AND a cooler! Comfortable beds & very well stocked in essentials. We will definitely be going back!!!

You can find everything you need, including utensils and everything else, all of very good quality. The beds are very comfortable. The house is very well located, centrally located near many restaurants and shops, just 10 minutes from Siesta Key. The patio is very beautiful, with a very nice pool and a super relaxing view. The house is very private, I felt like I was at home. Shawn was very responsible and communicative at all times. A super host. The entire staff behind this beautiful property is very good, including the cleaning company. I recommend this property to future guests and would love to return. This place was the nicest Airbnb we've stayed at. The place is open and beautiful and loved the screened in pool and hot tub. Very peaceful. The host was very responsive!

Casa Azul was an amazing getaway! A short drive to the public beach while having a relaxing stay. The pool and lanai were relaxing. Restaurants and grocery was close. We are very particular about cleanliness of where we stay, and it met all standards. Shawn was very attentive and responsive. We had a great time and will be looking forward to future trips with Shawn’s locations!

House was able to accommodate 5 adults and 3 kids no problem! Love the 3 king beds and tv in every room including outside. Host provided us with a pack and play upon request. Home was clean and spacious. Our only suggestion would be to provide more things to cook with i.e. oil olive, butter, aluminum foil… also better toilet paper would be wonderful. We purchased those things so we could cook and be comfortable. Overall great place and looks as suggested in pics provided. Would stay again!

Shawn was highly responsive and helpful, gave great recommendations, the home was SUPER clean, amenities were amazing (almost didn’t want to leave to go to the beach!). Five stars across the board!

I have been staying in Airbnb‘s since the inception of the service, and I can honestly say that this home is by far one of the absolute best! The reason why, is because of its layout, presentation, accurate description, and the detail put into providing it as a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet, with a mature and responsible community. I highly recommend this Airbnb. It is close to shopping, restaurants, the beaches, etc. but honestly, you don’t even need to leave the home if you just want to have a true relaxing vacation. Shawn is a highly attentive and responsive Super Host…..which does make a difference.

Shawn was very responsive and answers any questions we had quickly. The home was in a perfect area for our vacation as it was centrally located. We could head in any direction and reach our destinations easily. The house was very clean upon check in and I am very picky about cleanliness. The lanai is beautiful to sit in especially on the rainy morning we had. We will hopefully be back to the area again and would absolutely love to stay at Casa Azul again.

What a lovely time I had staying at Shawn’s place durning my visit to Florida. The house comes with everything you need to feel right at home. The house is just as beautiful as the photos you see on the listing. It is in a great location with siesta key being only minutes away. Plenty of things to do here. Check in and out were a breeze. You cannot go wrong with booking Shawn’s place!

We had a fantastic stay at Shawn’s place in Sarasota! The house was beautiful and spotless, with plenty of space for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul! Shawn provided all of the details and instructions ahead of time so that we knew what to expect. We arrived to a beautiful house that was spotless and impeccably decorated. The kitchen had everything that we could possibly need and the bedrooms all had soft linens, extra pillows and extra blankets in the closets. There was also a closet full of extra towels and tons of pool/beach towels. Our favorite part was the pristine pool and hot tub. Our boys spent half of their days playing in them. There were even pool toys! Another great perk was the full beach gear available in the garage which came in handy when going to the local beaches. It was awesome to not have to lug all of that stuff down with us on our trip and to have it already there. We loved the location as it was very easy to get to Siesta Key beach every night to watch the sunset. Highly recommend staying at Casa Azul with Shawn as a host - he is a fantastic host!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul! First off, we booked very last minute & Shawn was immediately on it & making sure the property was ready for us. Him and his team are incredibly attentive & have really went above and beyond. The attention to detail was amazing. Towels, toiletries like lotion, soap etc were available in each bathrooms. The linens were incredibly comfortable & the beds were beautifully set. The furnishings are well thought out & functional. There bikes available for use ask well as beach towels, chairs, floats & things for the kids to enjoy playing in the sand. Siesta Key was about 10 mins away. The home included a heated salt water pool which was nice, the spa was as amazing plus fire pit & sitting area. Love the sound system in the house & Smart TVs in all the rooms & outdoor space. The kitchen was well stocked with both indoor and outdoor plates and cups. Lots of pots & pans to cook and all utensils you could possibly need. All & all we loved our stay!

Simply perfect.
